Pumpkin Spice White Russian

Ingredients: 2 oz. of coffee liquor, 2 oz. of vodka, 4 oz. of half and half or heavy cream, 1 tsp of honey, 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Whip cream to top.

Preparation: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake until the container is frosty. Strain drinks into martini glasses, top with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin spice.

Served: Serve immediately next to a roaring fire and a firm backside.
