Some of Madge's secret passions are; makeup, drag queens and gambling and preferably greyhound racing. We frequently grace greyhound racing tracks; Madge to the betting desk and I to the trainers quarters. What a better way to celebrate canine frivolity than with a cocktail. This refreshingly citrus cocktail consists of vodka or gin and grapefruit juice served over ice.

Main Alcohol: Gin or Vodka
Ingredients: Ideally you will squeeze fresh grapefruits for 4 parts juice to 1 part alcohol. Preparation: Stir after pouring over crushed ice. Garnish with fresh rosemary or mint. If you choose to rim the glass with salt the drink is considered a "salty dog".
